Inner Wisdom: a Full Moon Gathering at Manifest House

Meet us at Manifest House as we gather on this Full Moon in Capricorn, to connect with the energies of the lunar cycle as we seed our intentions, connect to our innate wisdom and cultivate a deeper relationship with ourselves. As we meet in this virtual circle, our guide Kiran (they/them) will open by connecting to the elements as we ground and root, followed by elements of guided mudra meditation, healing Nidra, astrological guidance, gentle movement, collective tarot/oracle reading, sound healing and journaling.

With this full moon in Capricorn we welcome the opportunity to tap into the wisdom that lives within our bodies. Guided by our senses we will explore this connection through inner knowing and the guidance of ancestors and guides; creating a channel for divine wisdom. The full moon also marks the time to let go, to release expectations and release tension and stagnancy within the body.

This community class is donation-based (pay what you can). Free spots are available and everyone is welcome, regardless of their ability to donate. All proceeds from this event go towards our facilitator and the Manifest House scholarship fund, which provides fully-funded memberships to those in our community needing support.

• Your favorite journal & pen if you'd like to take notes
• Water or tea
• Any other items that bring you comfort and help you create your sacred space (a cozy blanket, crystals, candles, incense, etc)

About Your Guide: 

Kiran Kaur (they/them) is a Vedic astrologer, a healer, psychic medium, an accessible yoga teacher and the founder of Lunar Kind. Kiran has always been called to guide others into a life of healing, self-discovery and empowerment. Their drive comes from their own experiences of struggling with self-esteem, disconnect, illness and trauma and their practices and the work that they do, has been a huge support on their journey. Being guided by their culture, heritage and lineage, Kiran’s offerings are an intrinsic part of them. They are eternally full of gratitude to their elders and ancestors, who continually pass on their wisdom and guidance.

Vedic Astrology has allowed Kiran to hone in on their abilities and insight, to really delve into understanding self. Studying and understanding their own birth chart really helped to develop and strengthen their resiliency, being able to find ways through their lows, obstacles, tap into their strengths and connect deeper to their spiritual practices.

Kiran’s priority has always been to support and be in community, especially in forming accessible, inclusive spaces, particularly those that hold space for BIPOC to create space that focuses on empowerment, self care and being seen.
