Meet us at Manifest House for a gentle evening Full Moon Yin Yoga & Sound class. We are delighted to have Tiffany Leonardo (she/hers), lead us through a 60-minute practice that will bring you back into your body through slow, gentle movement under the energy of the Super Blue Full Moon. Class begins with Oracle Cards to set the intention for our practice. We'll ground the breath and connect with the body through slow, gentle movement, and end with the healing sounds of Crystal Alchemy Bowls.

Quiet and comfortable place to sit or lay down

A pillow to place under your head and/or knees
