Creative Power Hour: Virtual Coworking for Dreamers and Doers at Manifest House

Have you been sitting on a creative idea for months (or even years)? Do you find yourself dilly dallying whenever you try to work on your website? Are you feeling stuck when it comes to just hitting "publish" on your newsletter? Do you just need some time to edit your latest podcast episode?

​If you said yes to any of those or you're simply looking to carve out time to daydream about your next creative endeavor, meet us at Manifest House for Creative Power Hour: Virtual Coworking for Dreamers and Doers. We're honored to have Krystie Yen, Creativity Coach, facilitate this 60-minute virtual coworking session blends intention-setting, deep work, and community support to help anyone who's been craving the time and space to create without expectations in a supportive and inspiring environment.

Don't worry about perfection or pressure. There's also no need to be actively working on a project to join. As long as you have the heart to put energy towards something creative, you are welcomed here!

This community class is donation-based (pay what you can). Free spots are available and everyone is welcome, regardless of their ability to donate. All proceeds from this event go towards our facilitator and the Manifest House scholarship fund, which provides fully-funded memberships to those in our community needing support.

What You'll Need:

• A quiet place to tune in with minimal distractions
• Headphones recommended
• Your favorite notebook or a laptop 
• Water and a cup of your favorite morning brew
• Any other items that bring you comfort and help you create your sacred space (a cozy blanket, crystals, candles, incense, etc)

About Your Guide:

Krystie Yen (she/her) is a multi-passionate entrepreneur who works at the intersection of creativity, community, and storytelling. She’s on a mission to make the world a more vibrant place by cultivating self-confidence in the next generation of dreamers and doers. As a creativity coach, she empowers BIPOC folks to awaken their creative potential and build sustainable creative practices in service of living more fulfilling lives. She is also the Founder & Executive Director of Slant’d, a non-profit AAPI publishing house and a seasoned brand and community strategist. Krystie holds a dual degree in Business and Public Health from UC Berkeley. She can usually be found basking in the sun with her rescue pup, writing whimsical stories with K-12 students, and enjoying a sound bath in the desert.
