ooooo i feel like my heart skipped a beat when i read about the psychic!!!!

hi everyone and welcome new members!!!! i think you’ll really enjoy being a part of the manifest house community. my name is mary (she/her). i’ve been a member since the beginning and manifest house was a special place during the height of the pandemic for me. i am a sagittarius, rising virgo, moon in aquarius (western astrology). love languages are words of affirmation and quality time. hobbies are hanging out with my chicken, yoga, functional fitness, and gardening. i’ll be going on the MH retreat in november and cannot wait! mary

spiritual alignment for me looks like: - not feeling mentally exhausted or overwhelmed at work (good work life balance) - eating healthy/ what my body likes and wants - getting enough (quality) sleep - going to my workouts - going to yoga - regular journaling (at least once a week is a goal for myself) - checking in with my friends when too many of these things aren’t happening, i get anxious, i can’t rest! my alignment is out the door but i am pretty good about pivoting back to what brings me into alignment. i also remind myself it’s ok to step out of it and to give myself grace when i do! forgiveness is important. xx mary

I love these ideas! 3 and 5 are in my routine (slight struggle with 3). I need to make an altar in general and this was a good reminder! going into the holidays, the “conscious eating nourishes me” stands out because i tend to take the whole “treat yo self” mentality too far, and then i end up feeling too bloated!

hey ruby! i have never been a morning person but this year i began taking my workout class at 6a vs 6:30p. i make sure i prep everything the night before. i set multiple alarms and know i have to get up once the third goes off. and what also makes me get up is knowinf if i miss the class, i get hit with that no show fee ha. also, for me, getting it done and out of the way is extremely satisfying EVERY TIME. i hate myself at 5:30 in the am but once i am done, the fact that i have began my day doing something for myself AND feel AMAZING becomes addicting. i hope this helps.
