I started my healing/spiritual journey about a year and a half ago. It has truly been life changing but I also find it a bit lonely at times. I am excited to join this community and meet other people and share and learn from each other’s experiences. Also to learn new tools to strength my practice. I tend to put other’s needs ahead of mine. I’m really trying to focus on filling up my cup first❤️
