About the Event
Meet us at Manifest House for Meditation with the Ancestors. Intuitive healer, Kris Cazares Neri, will lead an intimate evening to practice connecting with YOUR ancestors through meditation for guidance, growth, and support. Guided by Kris, you'll tap into the ancestral wisdom that resides within all of us. Feel free to bring any special photos or belongings of your ancestors to honor and invite them into the practice!
This 45-minute class is a space to ground in intention, get clarity on what's been keeping you disconnected, and receive gentle ways to support a remembering of your unique relationship to Spirit.
What You'll Need:
A comfortable and quiet place to meditate
Your favorite journal if you'd like to take notes
Optional: Photos or other special belongings of your ancestors
